Mastitis:(

Today, I woke up with symptoms of EXTREME nausea, CRUSHING killer headache and ...yep, the REALLY PAINFUL SORE (mastitis)! Deven has been such a blessing today, I couldn't even lift Porter out of the bath and I was COMPLETELY out of it today...slept until about 4pm. I would NEVER wish this upon anyone..I felt miserable all day. After Deven brought my prescription for antibiotics home I've actually been able to get things done around the house. THANKS SWEETHEART!

    Mastitis is the worst. I had it with Brinlee. And I agree, I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Is it clearing up?

    ugh!! NO FUN! i had it three times and it's soooo not cool. one of the worst i've ever felt. i hope you are recovering well and that it doesn't come back! just make sure to get all that milk out before you switch sides or stop pumping. also, i found it was good to give my boob a little shake before i fed jonah. it loosens everything up and helps it come out better. call me if you need more tips.
