Frumpy?

So lately I've been receiving comments such as:

"That outfit looks 'frumpy"
"Jenn, you need to look more grown up"
While holding Porter--"So are you about 16?"
"Oh sorry! I thought you were 15"


I think I need a new wardrobe....ahhh!!

NEED SOME FASHION HELP APPARENTLY...(anyone know of cute clothing stores with low prices)?

    The mall in Idaho Falls just opened "Children's Place". They have cute clothes for girls.

    oh, my gosh, chance! hahahaha. jen...try tj maxx or kohl's. you have to have the eye for it. just try to stay away from cotton t's. and accessorize! scarves, necklaces, belts, you can do it!!
